INTERNATIONAL QURAN RECITATION COMPETITION (48)The Quran Recitation Competition, International has just ended on the 10 August 2006 held at Putra World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Two representative from Singapore were Mr Musafak Bin Kasbi and Miss Nurul Huda Bte Khamsani.
Mr Hossein Saeid Rostami Tabrizy from Iran won the first place at this Quran Recitation Competition with the mark of
89.25 %, 2nd place goes to Mr Abdul Aziz Brown from South Africa with the mark of 88.58 %, and 3rd place to Haji Shafei bin Lebai Hanafiah from Malaysia with the mark of 88.50 %.
Ms Sainab Abdulromee, from Thailand won the first place at this competition with the mark of 91.67 %. 2nd place goes to Ms Maslina Sinaga binti Abd. Rahman from Malaysia with the mark of 91.50 %, and 3rd place to Ms Musdalifah from the Republik of Indonesia with the mark of 87.75 %.
